Project Overview
The project is located at the 1st – 11th Floors of the Tower Block of the Doha Marriott Gulf Hotel. The works comprises the complete Refurbishment, Fitting out and Maintenance of the 1st to 11th floors of the single tower block. It also includes services of lifts, finishes, furniture ensembles and equipment.
MEP Scope of Work
The scope of works MEP include Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical and ELV systems, including MEP external works.
