The West Bay complex comprises Four Seasons Hotel, Office Tower, Apartment Towers, Town Houses and Marina facilities are located at West Bay Qatar.
Project Main Components
- Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts – 20 levels with 200 keys including five residential suites, one Royal Suite, Two – two storey suites.
- Office Tower – Twenty Eight Floors including lower level and plaza level.
- Apartment Tower – Apartment tower A with 100 units, Apartment Tower B with 565 units. Town Houses with 20 Units.
- Marina – The Marina contains 110 ships.
MEP Scope of Work
The scope of Works MEP includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC system, plumbing & drainage, fire protection system, electrical and ELV systems.
